1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery takes 8–15 business days within the United States.
A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order ships.
2. Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship only within the United States.
3. How do I use my diffuser?
Each diffuser includes a user guide inside the box.
For best performance, place it on a flat surface and clean it regularly.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 15 working days of delivery.
Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or used items.
To request a return, email info@essencemist.com with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can monitor the delivery.
6. Are the diffusers covered by a warranty?
All EssenceMist diffusers come with a 1 year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
If you experience any issues, contact our support team with your order number.

8. How do I clean my diffuser?
For best performance, we recommend light cleaning weekly and a deeper clean every 2–3 weeks.
- Empty any remaining water.
- Add a small amount of white vinegar to the tank.
- Let it run for 3–5 minutes.
- Empty the tank and wipe with a soft cloth.
- Do not use harsh chemicals.
9. What oils are safe to use?
Use only pure essential oils or blends designed for aromatherapy diffusers.

10. My diffuser isn’t misting properly. What should I do?
- Ensure the cotton wick is fully soaked.
- Clean the ultrasonic plate if buildup is present.
- Try using a different outlet or USB cable.
11. Are the fragrance oils safe?
All EssenceMist oils are made from high quality ingredients and are safe for home use when used as directed.
Keep oils away from children and pets.
